By registering, accessing, or utilizing the EatOut Operating System (EatOut OS) — developed by XUMiN under UGB Digital Pvt. Ltd. (Part of UGB Group of India) — you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. 100% Free Software & Zero Subscription Policy

EatOut OS is provided as a 100% Free Software Platform. We do not charge any upfront software licensing fees, monthly platform subscriptions, setup costs, or annual maintenance contracts (AMC) to restaurant, hotel, or resort partners.

2. Minimal Per-Order Service & Cloud Security Charge

To maintain our high-availability cloud servers, deliver automated WhatsApp messaging, and ensure 99.99% enterprise data security, a minimal ₹2 Per Order Charge is levied as follows:

WhatsApp API & Messaging Charge

Covers automated WhatsApp order confirmations, live status updates, and PDF GST invoices sent directly to guests.

Server Maintenance & Data Security Charge

Covers cloud infrastructure uptime, thermal KOT routing, encrypted database backups, and SSL security protections.

Note: No charges are deducted for canceled orders or non-processed test transactions.

3. Account Registration & Staff Access Roles

Partner outlets must provide verified and accurate details during onboarding. Upon registration, the primary user is granted default Manager / Admin Privileges tied to their generated Restaurant ID (RID). Partners are responsible for managing staff logins (Manager, Chef, Waiter) and instantly deactivating banned or former employee accounts.

4. WhatsApp OTP Identity Verification

Account activation requires mandatory mobile number verification via a 4-digit OTP sent over WhatsApp. Unverified accounts or accounts associated with fraudulent credentials will be restricted from accessing the operating dashboard.

5. Zero Hardware Upgrade Requirements

EatOut OS is 100% cloud-native and responsive. Outlets are not required to purchase specialized electronic hardware, POS terminals, or proprietary machines. The system operates on any web-enabled smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

6. System Integrity & Security Restrictions

Users and partners are strictly prohibited from attempting SQL injection, API scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting platform services. Any malicious attempt to exploit the platform will result in immediate account termination and legal action under the IT Act.

7. Service Modifications & Updates

UGB Digital Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to introduce new AI features, update infrastructure, or modify policy terms with prior notice to registered partner managers via WhatsApp or email alerts.
